Q. Being a Supplier, would anyone else other than the purchasers would be able to see my companies information ?

A. Other supplier would not be able to view other supplier information, unless they are also purchasers in some aspect of the business. In keeping with the Energy Exchange's policy on customer confidentiality, all customer information submitted to us through the Internet will be maintained with the strictest confidence. Energy Exchange will not disclose any customer information unless specifically authorized in writing by you to do so, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Q. If my company does not have all the requested documents, is it possible to still register.

A. Yes, you can still register, but you should get the documents as soon as possible, because they would be requested by the purchasers in order to be pre-qualified for a tender or future business.

Q. How often could you upload information onto the website?

A. You could enter updated information as often as you wish within the period of your business contract.

Q. I cannot log in to the account and want to reset my password?

A. Click on the link right below the login in box “forgot your password” enter your Username or email address and your password would be sent via email.
