50 companies per annum. The process to pre-qualify would take a minimum of 10 man hours per company which means that on average a total of 500 man hours is spent on a fairly repetitive process per annum.

The T&T Energy Exchange will give the Purchasers all of the necessary information at their finger tips and most importantly it will be accurate and up to date.

The information will be valid for 6 months and after that point the system will automatically flag Suppliers that have not kept their information up to date.

Supplier Benefits

Suppliers, vendors, contractors are all watching their costs these days and the necessity to submit repetitive documents in order to qualify to bid for contracts consumes time, effort and most importantly money that could be spent on providing a better bid price!!

Once a Supplier signs up to be an official Energy Exchange supplier then they will receive a user name and password to enter the site.

There will be a straightforward questionnaire to fill in and then they will need to scan and upload the relevant statutory documents to the website.

Once the questionnaire and documents are reviewed by the T&T Energy Exchange Team the annual fee will be requested and once paid the Suppliers details will be open for viewing by the Purchasers.
